Show/Hide Hidden Files and Folders in windows xp

it is simple to show/hide hidden files is to make some changes on the Windows registry 

1. Open “My Computer” then select “Tools” >> “Folder Options“.

   

2. Select the “View” Tab, then under “Hidden files and folders“, select “Show hidden files and folder” to show the hidden files/folders as follows: (To hide, select “Do not show hidden files and folder“)

   

3. Click “OK” to exit and accept the changes.
